About the Owner
My name is Steve Morrison, and I am a former Division 1 athlete, college and high school coach, and I have worked in the recruitment space for 15 years. In that time, I have seen how other recruitment services operate. They are more interested in maximizing their profits than in helping athletes. They use high-pressure sales tactics to sign families up, and once they have paid, athletes are shown to a portal where they have to DIY their recruitment profiles, which is what they signed up to avoid in the first place!
I believe that successful recruitment extends beyond just honing athletic ability, and this is why I founded Primetime Prospects. The skills needed for student athletes to win in the recruitment game will also help them win in life. The qualities that set top athletes apart -- persistence, self-reflection, hard work, a team mentality, and personal integrity -- are the foundations for building strong and long-lasting personal and professional success as adults.
I work with athletes and their families to educate them on the process, understand their goals, and help the players develop their athletic skills and strengthen the life skills that will set them apart on every field, be it sports or life, they will play on.
